Preliminary technical design of the project „Liepų parkas“ was confirmed in October 2019.
„Liepų parkas“ – is a planned retail/business park project at Liepu st. 80 in the northern part of Klaipėda. Unit sizes available to rent are from 200 - 12,000m2. BNTP provides complete project development services.
