Sale of major residential land plot in Klaipėda

BNTP successfully managed the sale of 4.6ha of prime residential land along Dane River in the center of Klaipeda.
This land could see the development of more than 35,000m2 of buildings. BNTP wish the new owner’s great success with this strategic project. BNTP has provided project management services for the Norwegian owners since 2014.
