Baltic Equity Group completes sale of Grandus shopping center in Klaipeda
Baltic Equity Group UAB has transferred the shares of the Grandus Shopping Center company with over 11m EUR of assets to Baltic Sea Properties AS, the Norwegian listed real-estate investor.
Baltic Sea Properties AS owns 112,000m2 of Industrial, logistics & commercial projects in Lithuania with a current expansion pipeline for a further 100,000m2 primarily focused on Industrial & logistics parks.
Grandus is a neighbourhood shopping center of approx. 11,400 m2 which is located along one of the main access road to the center of Klaipeda. Additionally, the center is located in the immediate vicinity of a larger residential area that ensures good access to visitors every day.
Baltic Equity Group Is the largest shareholder of Baltic Sea Properties AS.
